All sales are final and can not be canceled once order has been placed. We will, however, honor returns and size exchanges on items sent to you in error. We do not offer size exchanges for items sent correctly as the size charts are available so please be careful reviewing the size chart or you can reach out to ask questions on sizing. No refunds are accepted.
If a package is damaged, or missing you will need to file a claim with the post office for the damaged, or missing package. If there is no issue with the packaging however the item received was defective or items missing please reach out within 2 days of delivery to let us know so we can ship a replacement if it is outside that window we will not honor replacements.

Exchanges for incorrectly shipped items are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
