All orders are made to order and typical processing times are 14 business days. However during the holiday season and big drops or sales our time frame will possibly increase. Please feel free to reach out after the standard time frame if your order has not shipped and we will update you within 2 business days.
Standard processing times (not holiday) orders ship within 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday) starts the day after your order is place, and then subject to USPS transit times. Please note this is a general time line for processing orders and we strive to ship orders out quickly. As a small family owned business we appreciate grace if there are any unforeseen circumstances that cause a delay we work hard to get orders out within the time frame provided. You may always reach out to inquire for an update on your order if it has passed the general timeline for our processing of orders. Please note we will not refund orders that are being processed due to processing times as everything is made to order.
